Columbia Window Tint1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at columbiaautotint.com, contacting us, or using any services provided by Columbia Window Tint ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
SMS consent is separate and optional: Agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, or using our website and services generally, does not enroll you in SMS/text messaging. Enrollment in SMS messaging happens only when you take a separate, affirmative action — such as checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our website or chat widget — as described in Section 3 below. You can decline SMS messaging entirely and still fully use our website and services.
2. Services
Columbia Window Tint provides automotive window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), and ceramic coating installation services at 6660 Dobbin Road, Unit A, Columbia, MD 21045. We are an authorized 3M window film installer.
All services are subject to availability and our technicians' assessment of your vehicle. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
3. SMS / Text Message Terms
Program description: Columbia Window Tint offers SMS messaging for appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and — with separate, optional consent — promotional offers related to our window tinting and vehicle protection services.
How to opt in: You opt in to our SMS program by submitting your phone number and checking the consent box on our website contact form, by booking an appointment, or by texting us directly at 410-946-8819. Transactional messages (appointments, reminders) require consent. Promotional messages require separate, optional consent.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to your appointment, follow-ups, or — if you opted in to marketing — periodic promotions.
Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-subscribe.

No third-party sharing: We do not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS consent to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.
Not a condition of purchase: SMS consent is not required to purchase our services.
Carrier liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age restriction: Our SMS program is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Our SMS communications are provided through GoHighLevel and comply with applicable carrier requirements, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and CTIA guidelines.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by text.
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or late cancellations at our discretion.
- Appointment times are estimates. Complex installations may take longer than quoted.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.
6. Warranty
3M window film products installed by Columbia Window Tint are covered by 3M's manufacturer warranty. Warranty details are provided at the time of service. Our installation workmanship is warranted against defects for 1 year from the date of installation.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper cleaning, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Vehicle Condition & Liability
- Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle prior to service.
- Columbia Window Tint is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions.
- We carry general liability insurance. Any claims for damage allegedly caused during service must be reported before the vehicle leaves our facility.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
8. Website Use
The content on our website is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of information on our site. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Columbia Window Tint. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Columbia Window Tint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Howard County, Maryland.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
